Neither Dial-N-Document^® nor its customers could afford to face a situation where data is lost and operations are disrupted for any appreciable length of time. Even though Dial-N-Document^® utilizes a highly secure and safe site for data storage, we offer total redundancy at a hot fail-over site some 450 miles removed from the primary center. This is a duplicate data center with communications lines set up and actively copying your visit data at all times. We possess a duplicate of every critical server with visit data that is up-to-date to within seconds. If a catastrophic disaster strikes that would disable our hardened primary site, your visit information and data will be safe at the hot fail-over site. Our national VoIP / DoIP provider can redirect our standard toll free numbers to this secondary site within several hours. Hence in the unlikely event a disaster of sufficient magnitude should disable our main site, we can have our customers up and operational within two hours, with complete historic and current data to the moment of service interruption. This is a truly HIPAA compliant disaster recovery plan, second to none in the industry and clearly a program that could not be afforded on a site by site basis by individual companies.

We also have a built-in redundancy at our national VoIP / DoIP provider.  Our toll-free lines are routed through multiple SBC's located throughout the country.  In the event any one of these SBC's become disabled, we are able to instantaneously forward any numbers currently routed through the disabled SBC to any of the other SBC's that were un-affected.
