While we have an excellent approach to time and attendance, data collection and communication needs for field staff, Dial-N-Document® recognizes its service is just one piece in the puzzle that is necessary for our customers to succeed in today’s business world. Hence we have intentionally designed our software to be flexible and open to interfacing. We have further embraced the “Value Added Reseller” approach and work well within that environment. We have consummated numerous partnering relationships with software companies that are unable to accommodate issues involving field staff because of the design or implementation of their products. The net effect of these relationships is a win / win for all involved. The end users receive a fully integrated – front to back – system that totally digitizes operations. Our partners have a more robust and acceptable product for marketing. Because of our financial arrangements, our associates can earn income on field staff operations that would have otherwise been performed in a fashion that is counterproductive to end users and not an income generator for our partners.
